How do I get coler on netflex

Head to your account settings, and click “Subtitle Appearance” under My Profile at the bottom of the page. Here, you should be allowed to change the colour, font, text size, and whether or not you want your subtitles in a coloured box or the TV settings might be causing the screen to be in black and white and the TV settings need to be changed.

Dont have a remote and can't hide the subtitles

Ms. Padilla, you need to enter the menu settings in your television, should be a menu button on you tv set. Once in menu go to picture or scroll through the menus untill you find caption, once you locate that you can turn the subtitles off.

Westinghouse 40inch black screen left side

Check its power supply regulator section for any damaged or bulged capacitors on it. If so, replace them. If all of them look fine, and still the problem perists, repalce the T'Con board.
