There is not. once a phone is reported lost or stolen, that gives it a "dirty" ESN. (Electronic Serial Number) These are numbers created by the FCC to uniquely identify mobile devices. The only thing you can do is send it back to the carrier. Once a phone is reported lost/stolen they are added to a strikeout database. That phone is dead to the network/s.
