Question about Refrigerators
Sub Zero 650 - There is a trench/drain on the back wall behind the produce drawer that collects water but does not drain. The water then leaks onto the surface below the produce drawer and eventually after a few days through the door seal and onto the floor. I don't know where/what the drain is supposed to flow into and whether that (whatever it may be) needs to be emptied.Any suggestions?
If you can view to rear of the unit wnd remove the bottom panel, there should be a hose coming from the drain to a pan of some type. If it has clamps on both ends remove the tube, place a vessel under the top tube attach point of trench drain and test the trench drain, if water is flowing freely from the drain to the vessel then clean out the tubing and replace.
