Question about HP Pavilion dv2000t 14.1" Notebook Laptop PC (Intel Core 2 Duo T5500 1.66 GHz, 1GB RAM, 100GB HDD, D... PC Notebook
My laptop turned off all of a sudden and then I figured that if I take the battery out and disconnect it, it will turn back on. Now I cant take the battery out! Can someone tell me what the problem is. thank you
Ensure that you have properly released the battery.
If the battery was defective it may have shorted, melting plastic or metal, and now is in some place soldered to the laptop.
Try unlocking battery and helping it out with two small screwdrivers.
Ensure computer is off and power adapter not connected.
There is risk to damage the laptop if you do it wrong.
