I think you should format your mp3 player to Fat32!! that is the best solution, NTFS doesn't support both mp3 & mp4 players

I had the same problem, try using Windows Media Player 9. Load some music into the Windows Media Player and use the "sync" tab to transfer the files to your player.

You have to go to the little icon on the tool bar that has a green arrows on it and right click on the mouse key it will then show safely remove etc. click on it and it should say it is now safe to remove then take the usb out .do this after everytime you put mp3s on your mp3 player hope it helps

Hi, When you transferr music from your PC use windows media player. It work well with these players. Make sure usb cable is securely attached. May not work well with Mac.

In Media player click on Sync tab and drag and drop files in sync list on right. Good luck

After uploading music the message disk error keeps showing and no music is avaliable to listen to

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable to the MP3 player and the computer.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will create a MP3 music file for each music track. Click on this link for instruction on converting music files to mp3 file format :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r5798418-creating_transferring_mp3_music_files

What format does Polaroid PMP283C-4 MP3 Player use to convert CD's

The PMP283C-4 MP3 player plays music in the MP3 format... Many media players/rippers (free to download) will rip your CD to MP3 and you can then load the music MP3s to your player's memory by connecting the player to your computer with the USB data cable. (the player shows up in My Computer as "Removable Disk").
