Question about iLO (2 GB) MP3 Player
when i begin downloading music it shows music syncronized and when i detach usb cable and go to my music on my 2Gb player it shows Empty Disk. What can be the problem .Previously It was working well
I had the same problem, try using Windows Media Player 9. Load some music into the Windows Media Player and use the "sync" tab to transfer the files to your player.

You have to go to the little icon on the tool bar that has a green arrows on it and right click on the mouse key it will then show safely remove etc. click on it and it should say it is now safe to remove then take the usb out .do this after everytime you put mp3s on your mp3 player hope it helps
