3 flashing lights except for the top right

I do not know how to fix the three red light problem manually by yourself, however microsoft have extended the Xbox warranty to three years for the redlight problem, so if i was you, i would get in contact with microsoft, and have them send you a new xbox out or repair it free of charge. if for some mad reason they do not do that for eaxmple, you have touched the band seal. call 1800-4my-xbox and they will help you
