I have a Mitsubishi Montero sport 1998 code p1750 need picture of location

Picture of location for what ?
First thing to do with any transmission codes is check the fluid and clear the codes after recording them then redo a test drive cycle

A P1750 can be anything from a wiring short or a bad TCM

It could be the converter clutch solenoid, shift control solenoid, pressure control solenoid or engine control module has failed.

If the code comes back then you will have to check the wiring harness to the transmission and test the solenoid pack and see if they are malfunctioning ! Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop .

I have tranny code po748 on my vw

Well can not resolve trans issues here

I owned a trans shop-- once

Why the new harness?
Why the solenoids?

Who is or has worked on it?

The code & possibly some of the problem
you can google

No way I will tell or suggest to you-- to replace or do
anything

Have a dealer work on that when is comes to VW/Audi

Takes different scan tool software, we don't have or use
in most cases here in north america

Keep in mind that it is mechanical issues & moving parts
that send the signals out to those sensors & then is get
complicated as you get into the electronics

Now you will tell me I am rude & your a professional
No way for me to know who comes here

2002 3.7 Jeep Liberty/Cherokee

Here's some info of what can cause the code. If vehicle has high miles you may be looking at replacing the solenoid which is in the valve body of transmission.

SYMPTOM
P0755 - 2C SOLENOID CIRCUIT

WHEN MONITORED
Initially at power-up, then every 10 seconds thereafter. They will also be tested immediately after a gear ratio or pressure switch error is detected.

SET CONDITION
Three consecutive solenoid continuity test failures, or one failure if test is run in response to a gear ratio or pressure switch error.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
  • Related relay DTC's present
  • Intermittent wiring and connectors
  • 2C solenoid control circuit open
  • Transmission control relay output circuit open
  • 2C solenoid control circuit short to ground
  • 2C solenoid control circuit short to voltage
  • Solenoid/TRS assembly - 2C solenoid
  • TCM - 2C solenoid circuit

Mitsubishi fuso 2008 check engine light

Hello
When the service engine soon light (Also called the check engine light) is turned on this is to alert you to the fact that powertrain control module (computer) has detected a failure somewhere in the systems it controls, this can be the transmission or the engine or emission system, there are fault codes set in the modules memory for these faults. What needs to happen now is to have the powertrain control module scanned with a special tool called an OBD2 electronic engine control scanner or a OBD2 code reader. Once the code(s) are read then you must perform the diagnostics for each code and make the appropriate repairs based on the findings of the diagnosis that was performed, this is called doing "Pinpoint" testing.

I bought a 1998 mitsubishi eclipse and the check engine light came on we hooked up the machine to diagnos it and we got 2 codes po700 and p1784 . we are wondering what the codes mean and how to fix the...

DTC 1784: LOW-REVERSE PRESSURE SWITCH
1.Remove transaxle relay from connector. Turn ignition on. Install scan tool and observe low-reverse pressure switch condition. Apply battery voltage to transaxle relay connector terminal No. 8. If low-reverse pressure switch stays off, go to next step. If low-reverse pressure switch turns on, go to step 4 .

2.Raise vehicle enough to allow drive wheels to spin freely. Test low-reverse clutch hydraulic pressure. See HYDRAULIC PRESSURE TESTS under TESTING. If low-reverse clutch pressure test is not within specification, internal transaxle failure exists. If low-reverse clutch pressure test is within specification, observe scan tool.

3.If low-reverse pressure switch turns on, trouble code is intermittent. Check wire harnesses and connectors for damage or poor connection. If low-reverse pressure switch does not turn on, replace solenoid and pressure switch assembly. Recheck trouble codes. If trouble code resets, replace TCM.

4.Check and repair wiring harness between transaxle relay connector and solenoid and pressure switch assembly connector. If wiring harness is okay, check wire between TCM connector terminal No. 10 and solenoid and pressure switch assembly.

5.If wire between TCM connector terminal No. 10 and solenoid and pressure switch assembly is okay, check TCM and solenoid and pressure switch assembly connectors. Repair connectors as necessary. If connectors are okay, recheck trouble codes. If trouble code resets, replace solenoid and pressure switch assembly. Recheck trouble codes. If trouble code resets, replace TCM.

P0700-The Transmission Control Module (TCM) monitors the malfunction of sensors and actuators relating to transmission control. When the TCM detects a malfunction with the control, a signal is send to the Engine Control Module (ECM) to trigger the Engine Light or Service Engine Soon light. The ECM stores the P0700 code and it means the TCM detected a malfunction with the transmission controls.

I would try disconnecting he battery and letting it sit for 5 minutes, then hook it back up to see if they return-the 700 code is probably related to the 1784 code, that seems to be your main issue.
