Blackberry messenger is not a third party application it is by default with the HH.if it is deleted you have to restore the OS of the HH.Before installing the OS take a backup of your database.After installing the OS do a hard reboot.

you have not specified which Blackberry you (from your provider or an unlocked one) but to put back Messenger back inside you need to download the latest Blackberry software from THE CARRIER THAT IS ON YOUR BLACKBERRY (whichever logo is printed on your blackberry) and install it on your computer. Then using the Blackberry Desktop click app loader and select Messenger to load to your blackberry
