Problem wid pc .. using windows xp

just use ORIGINAL CD TO REPAIR IT...IT'S nothing much u can do else

Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to open the Task Manager. Click Applications and then New Task. Type in cmd which opens the command prompt. Type in sfc/scannow and hit enter. Insert your (OS) cd into optical drive.

It seems as though your iexplore.exe is not loading on startup.
While you're troubleshooting you can run this free utility. There's a chance your start menu may be running malicious software under
the cloak of iexplore.exe, winlogon.exe, or svchost.exe.
