Question about D-Link DSL 300G+ (DSL-300G+) Modem

Open Question

I'm using a intermec CK60 handheld with the snapon

I'm using a intermec CK60 handheld(Just got it a week or so ago) with the snapon modem and i have to dissconnect my D-Link DSL-300g modem from the internet( remove the phone jack from the wall and replace it with the Intermec phone jack) in order for the handheld to transmit. If I don't the CK60 just hangs and times out.I have tried connecting with and without the internet filter but it still hangs and times out. Also tried differant jacks in the house, but nothing. I went to the neighbours house and tried (they have cable internet) and it transmitted without any problem.
I don't know if its a bug in the handheld,ISP or either modem. I phoned my company who are just as amazed as I am to why this is a problem to what it seems by them to only be me with this problem. I haven't phoned my ISP (Telus) with this problem yet till I try to cover all the bases before I have to pay to have someone make a housecall.
I've been searching the internet for a forum or anything to do with the intermec CK60 but I end up finding retailers and manuals that haven't helped me at all
Thank You
Glenn

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: Modem keeps disconnecting and needs rebooting every time I use it

Yes, this can be a problem with the modem that you have first thing that you need to do here is to reset the modem and reconfigure it back, but if after that still have the same problem better contact your ISP and ask them if everything is working from their end...

Hope that helps...............

I was getting the same error and resolved it by removing the battery and pressing the reset button. When you turn the scanner back on all the data will still be intact.

Keep getting error Cannot execute btcc.exe

If your device is registered at Intermec.com you should be able to dowload a firmware flash for the device. Follow the instructions and reflash the device. If this does not work the bluetooth radio could have malfunctioned.

Make sure that the ESS ID and security features match the ones on the AP.

Also, from the MC9090, you will need to click on the radio icon, select options and in the top drop down menu, choose regulatory. select the country where you are and uncheck the box named enable 802.11d.

This should have the terminal connected on to the network.
