Question about Apple Audio Players & Recorders
I plugged in my ipod and itunes popped up bu it had absolutely no music on it. i looked into my recyling bin and my music but it seems like all tracks have vanished.. probably no cure for this, but uhg, it would be such a pain in the *** to find all those songs again.
oh and since i have no music in my itunes and i plugged my ipod in, unless i want to delete all the music off my ipod, i cannot sync it at all.. any ailment for this problem? here's a screen shot for better explanation: http://i25.tinypic.com/23u8qyo.jpg
You're ok as long as the music is still on your iPod.
There are a number of apps which will help you recover your music from your iPod to your PC.
The most advanced ones will allow you tu recover absolutely everything (playlists, playcounts, meta data, ratings, videos, etc.)
I personally prefer:
CopyTrans (http://www.copytrans.net) : $19.99
SharePod (http://www.getsharepod.com/) : Free

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
