Where can I purchase an operating manual for this radio? I have a 2008 Santa Fe that has this radio but I need a manual to see how it operates.

It may be that your new actuator is faulty. The unscrupulous will clean up the failed ones and send or take them back!

Nancy, There should be a vacuum hose diagram under the hood of your Sante Fe, either on the underside of hood or on the radiator support. Contact the dealer and they can print it off for you also.

There are several possibilities. Your cable could be broken and flared out. Your release button may be broken. You may have got something wedged into the shifter. Check at the transmission side. Disconnect from the transmission and see if you can operate the shifter by hand. This will narrow it down to just the transmission or just the shifter.

car dealers lie and lie and lie...now you know.  Can they replace the radio with the cheaper radio from the Sonata or Tuscon?  Call the area manager and complain.  Or you can burn mp3 cd's that hold about 120 songs each.
