Only, when no one else already is using the same account name, you can gat back your old name. And if you did not delete the account, it could be the content is still there. You must have access to the mail account you ave in the profile in the first place. Visit the support page here:

Contact Google.

There will be e-mail address of "contact us". Please write to them at that e-mail address. And ask why your account is disabled. Then follow the instruction they suggest to get your account back.
