Question about PANDIGITAL 7-Inch Digital Photo Frame with 2 Interchangeable Frames (DPF701) Digital Picture Frame
I bought this product for my husband in Iraq. I bought it, downloaded all the pictures, put it back in the box just like I bought it, packaged it real good and sent the digital frame. When my husband got it, he plugged it in and it worked. When he moved to a different room, plugged it in and what do you know the piece of **** will not turn on. He could not get help from over there and I could not do nothing without the product. Does anyone know how I can fix this or report this product or try and get a new one!!! I hate this when you buy something and it messes up.
We can only help with the technical issues, not your emotional distress. If, as you say, the item was bought in Iraq, then it is likely that there are voltage supply differences between the country of sale and wherever you are now.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: USB Connection
Hi Amanda and Lisa. Are you making sure the picture frame is off BEFORE you plug it in to your computers? Make sure you:
Turn it off before pluging it in, then plug in the USB cable. Now you can turn on the picture frame and you should see the frame's memory and any SD cards you have plugged into it in the removable drives section.
Let me know if that helps. If not let me know, and thanks for coming to FixYa. If you're happy with my answer then don't forget to rate it appropriately.

If you are not able to find your connecting cable. and i am assuming your need is to transfer the data to comp. Well what you can do is you can take out the memory card and fix it into the card reader (you will get a card reader vey cheap anywhere.). and connect it to your comp. Now your card will work as a flash drive and you can transfer data easily then... Hope this helps you out.. :)
