Install i recently moved houses and my installation cd for the mp360 got ruined is there another way that i can instal the printer again as i now have a new computer. can u please tell me how to do it cause i have tried everything.

Please install ' Easy-Photo print' software from the CD received with the printer.

and complete the needed information.

With the mp 360 you just have to lift the scanner unit with power on and the carriage will move to the center allowing you to install new inks. unless there is an error code...

please help me install my lexmark P3150 without the cd.

One thing to check and be sure of is that your printer cable (USB) is definately a USB 2.0 cable. Canon have an issue with their printers with scanners in that the data flow sometimes isn't sufficient when an older USB cable is used. The slightest drop of data on startup or during scanning will cause a stop.

Worth trying and has sometimes solved the problem for my customers.

you can go to the manufacturer website find driver support find your model download and install it or go to driverguide (you will have to take a small survey and register) find your model download and install

Just as a try- set up a new printer like this Start/printers and faxes/install new printer When you get insert CD or select from list Take Select from list. select then Canon in the makes list and then the model from the model list. Click install See what you get. It is possible you will get the printer only and no scanner - I do'nt know, But try it.

We have just attempted to install an Cannon imageclass mp360 and the error message "check printer ##343" is displayed.

Can you please help.
