My Troy-Bilt riding mower runs for a few minutes then dies when going up or down hill.then discovered there's more gas in the oil than oil, has a gas leak an issue as well how to fix

You may want to check the gas cap to see if it clogged with dirt. If the gas cap is clear, you more than likely have a carburetor problem. If you need tips on carb. cleaning, feel free to ask.

the engine will bog because the cutting blades are either cutting to much grass or the blades are touching the ground making it hard to keep rpm's then it will smoke a bit
