Question about Nortel T7316E 2-Line Corded Phone
We have an old StarTalk Flash Nortel System and have M7310 phones. Currently they do not show caller name/ID when someone calls. Is there another phone that we could upgrade to, or is this a setting in our system somewhere?
A question: -> does your phone ring? -> what software are you running on the system? If you know this will help a little in giving you more information. There is a Feature that you can dial if your phone rings... when there is a call coming in, dial FEATURE 8 1 1 You can even make this a button rather than dialing this feature code everytime: -> Feature * 3 -> press the button that you want to program -> dial Feature 8 1 1
