If it let's into his/her account, sign them out first, then delete all cookies, There is a tick Under the Email Field which says Keep Me Logged in, untick it, try logging in again and hopefully this will work. Good Luck

why do you expect fixya site to have anything to do with amazon prime
it is for you to contact amazon prime direct yourself and do the cancellation
it is for you to contact your bank and to stop direct debit payments to amazon

Yesterday I Tried To Sign Up For Roku Stock And Had All Kinds Of Trouble Getting It To Accept The 4 Letter code And Then It Would Not Accept My Email Address Which I Have Used For 4Years Now! Today

Everybody and his cousin got a new Roku over the holidays that is why the system is busy. Easy way is establish a new email account on say "gmail" then use that and establish a Roku account and the enter the 4 digit code on roku/link. A little incinvienent but proably the easist way.
