My Casio gzone commando c811 says it's fully charged so I unplug it and start using it and it all of a sudden dies why?

Have you ever heard the term PAPER WEIGHT. You just pumped about 5 volts of juice into something that puts out milli-volts. I would say its toast.
Best bet would be to take it in to Verizon and play stupid, maybe its under warranty or you have or can get insurance on it.

i set my boulder to nam2 on accident and my code didnt work after searchin for like 4 months on the internet i found this code ##7764726 (PROGRAM), SEND. SPC Enter 000000 after u enter it go to the nam settings select nam2 go to the second one its like MDN or somethin like that the last four digits should unlock it but u might have to take it to the store to get it programmed again but ull have ur phone back without losin any info u mightve saved on it

I had the same problem. No caller ID for incoming or outgoing or missed. Then it froze up. I took the battery out to restart it. A day or 2 later I had to get it replaced. No caller ID at all. I got a new Boulder from verizon. It started not receiving calls randomly. I would get some, but friends complained that they called and I did not anser. No voice mail was there or them. Then IT Froeze on the Verizon Wireless wording. Cant do a thing now. 3rd phone onits way. THESE ARE JUNK!!!! I got my first in sept, 2nd oct, 3rd on its way for dec 5. SEND IT BACK FOR A REPLACEMENT.

If they are the crapware apps installed by your service provider, you would have to "root" your phone. However, rooting may void your warranty.

I went to the store and they did it for me, but you turn the phone off then while it is turning back on, hold the camera and power button down when the LED on the side rurns red, and it should prompt you to do a hard reset, or it might self-initiate, I can't remember. But it's something along those lines, if not take it to the store and they can do it. Hope this helps.
