I was unable to find the part in question. The STTD (which I neglected to mention. (sorry about that)) is the part used by the garage door opener to turn on the light. The opener in question was purchased in the early eighties and part are no longer available from Liftmaster. on when the garage door open. I decided to use a motion detector light instead. Thanks for responding Jeff

Thanks! Now I don't have to use the motion sensor light and it was cheaper!!!!!

What is it you are delaying? Is it the light?

If the light delay you are looking for is a wire wound affair the original part was discontinued by the manufacturer. Later on someone started making a replacement for it. The parts number is 1A35QB and the last I knew it sold for $13.30. You might call around to some door opener service companies and see if they still have one on the shelf. If you do find one be sure to unplug the opener before replacing it as they have 110 volts on the connections.

I am not sure what you are talking about. Do you mean the intruder alert? Intruder alert: The light bulb on the garage door opener motor comes on when the inferred safety beam in broken for a specified amount of time.

Trying to set switch for 5 minutes , and i only get 30 seconds or 15 minutes

Which brand and model number specifically?
Leviton: 1-800-824-3005
Leviton Decora manual says:
"PR180 operates by detecting motion (such as body heat) within its field-of-view (area of coverage) and automatically switches lights ON. When motion is no longer detected, lights remain ON for a selected time and automatically switch OFF.
Adjustable light and time-delay controls are located on the front of the device."

The manual is not specific about set times.

In any case, the device has off-delay timing circuit, so once infrared heat is no longer sensed, the delay period begins, and once the delay period expires, the device is switched off.
Delay timing circuits are common for many home and industrial applications.
As a general rule, delay timers can be set for different time durations, however the Amazon page that sells PR180 product does not specify available time settings either.

Legrand RW3U occupancy sensor spec sheet says adjustable time delay 15 seconds 5 minutes, 15 minutes and 30 minutes

Delay switches
Here is manual delay-time switch Tork SS20 SS13 where you can 'fine-tune' the delay circuit, but my experience is that exact 5 minutes is not easily set:

GE 15318 switch offers 5 minute, but there is no guarantee that you can get 5 minutes exactly:

My conclusion is that there are very limited delay-time choices with this model number, or device is defective and suggest to call Leviton.

2000 BMW 323i (auto/tip-tronix) will not reverse... forward works

hi, did the trans selector physically not go into the reverse position, or was there a long delay after you put the car in reverse. If there was just a long delay, I would check the transmisssion fluid level and condition first. Since you did not specify your mileage, I am assuminhg you have higher mileage since it is a 2000 my. The transmission in your car was possibly subject to programming updates that addressed internal pressure lost when first putting in reverse. Since you are just first experiencing an issue, I would not wait to have it looked at.

Set brew delay

Assuming you're talking about the FT series with the "delay brew" button and the 24 hour analog as opposed to digital clock, it's simple.

First, you have to have your correct time set. This is simple just press the hour button and then the minute button until the correct time is showing. Be sure to look for the AM PM indicator to make sure you're getting the desired time set.

Then press the delay brew button and use the same hour and minute buttons until you get the desired time (again watch for am/pm)

That's it.
