Question about Garmin Nuvi 660 GPS Receiver
The cradle on my Nuvi 660 needs repair. The socket that the ball snaps in to is broken and will no longer securely grab and hold the ball. There is a small screw in the middle of that socket but I am not sure if that socket is removable and replacable. Can parts be ordered and can I fix that, or do I have to buy another cradle?
I called Garmin at 1-800-800-1020 and spoke to a customer service rep. Indicated I was driving down the road and the GPS fell out of the cradle socket...which the GPS could have broke. They said no problem and are sending me a new cradle socket at no charge. Good Luck.
