Question about Pioneer VSX-403 Receiver
Hi there, bought new 150w speakers plugged them into stereo, worked then stopped. Speakers that came with stereo say on them 80W max. Is this the problem? have the new speakers got to much power for the stereo unit? On the stereo unit it says 130 W - not referring to anything in particular. Help would be appreciated...
The ''watts'' are peak or rms?notice that 150 Wpeak are about 70Wrms....
Also notice if you are using ''big'' speakers you can burn your amplifier..
