I would think your tablet has 32 gigs of memory.....which has nothing to do with data. If your not on a plan, most likely you use your tablet on WiFi? Either way, if you go over on data you get charged, although in your case you don't have a plan....so no problem for you. If you use all your tablets memory, your tablet will most likely slow down and files will need to be deleted. Your tablet lives either way.

How do I stay connected to the Internet when I leave my house?

You have a WiFi device that must send/receive signals from your home wireless system. That generally doesn't extend much out of the home. You need to find a free wifi zone or kupgrade to an iPad with cellular service that connects you like a built-in phone.

What service does phablet take? We got a art sim card and used a straight talk card but we can't reset and save new network info. Only my phone works and can't receive pics or internet. I can access f

You need to use a service that supplies data. Voice only will work to make voice calls, but won't have a data plan associated with it. Data only plans will work, after a fashion, but you would need to use Skype to make voice calls...

So a voice+data plan assigned to a SIM is what you need to use a phablet properly.

How to I get an update I dismissed in farmville country escape

Go to the Google play store and find your installed apps. Any app you have that has an available update will have a green update button under it. Or you can choose to update all. Make sure you have enough data gigs on your data plan before you update if you are not connected to Wi-Fi. Updates can use a lot of data sometimes. You can always force stop an app from the task manager on an android system. The next time you open it, it should pop up with the available update. Finally, you can always uninstall and reinstall. Your game progress will be saved if you have a login you are using, such as a connect to Facebook account. The latest version is always installed when you redownload an app.

WHY WON'T MY KOCASO RECOGNIZE THE FULL 32 GIGB OF MEMORY ON MY SD CARD?

It depends on how it is formatted in the first place. The tablet will only recognise the first partition.
