SOURCE: 1995 dodge ram 1500 4wd, vacuum line

you sure its not the breather tube for the t-case. about 3/8 hose if it is. the vacuum lines for the 4x4 are small plastic lines. red, blue, yellow, etc. think there are four of them

SOURCE: timing chain 110 hymoto pit bike

Put the piston at TDC (Top Dead Center) by lining up the timing marks on the flywheel and stator. Put the cylinder head back together with the cam installed so the high points of the cam lobes are pointing kind of downward. Pull the cam chain taught on the front side of the engine. Put the chain on the cam gear such that, when bolted to the cam, the index mark or marks are in the proper position.

The proper position depends on what markings are on the cam. Some bikes have a single mark; an arrow, a straight line or an "O". The mark should line up with the center-line of the crankshaft. If the cam has two marks opposite each other, the lines should be parallel with the gasket surface. You will need to rotate the unbolted cam left or right just a bit in order to match up the bolt holes to the gear holes.

I ran my 125cc Apollo pit bike for long distance and it died, won't start with kick start. We had to pull start it,but won't stay idling? How can I fix it?

TRY INCREASING THE IDLING FROM 1.5 TO 2.5 RPM DURING THE START . CHECK YOUR SPARK PLUG AS IT MIGHT CONTAIN CARBON RESIDUES .

What front sprocket do I need for a 125cc engine with CDI wrote on the side?

If the one you bought is too big you need to get a 17mm centre one. 17t is the teeth and the next important bit is the pitch.

either 420 or 428. You can check by measuring how thick your sprocket is at its widest point, 6mm is 420 7mm is 428 :)

Which drain plug is for oil on the engine, right or left?

Underneath is the usual location for sump plug. Otherwise sitting on the bike the oil drain plug should be on your left side underneath the front sprocket somewhere....
