What exactly is the question?
If the question is, "My Facebook got removed, what can I do to reinstate it?"
A: Talk to Facebook. Email or chat with their customer service. I hear they tend to be fairly reasonable.
If it's "Why did Facebook remove my profile?"
A: Read their Terms of Service, find out what you violated. Most likely it was for violating their 'Real Name' policy, or spamming/being rude/repeated hate comments. Alternately, perhaps it was hacked or lapsed due to inactivity.
If the contract has, indeed, been fully canceled, then once you pay the account in full, the phone *most likely* is your personal property (I say most likely because without knowing the terms and conditions of your contract, I can't say who has what rights, so please understand all my advice is based on generalities and for the best answer possible, contact your service provider). What that means is that you can take that phone and use it to begin service on a separate account, which typically means you don't even need to sign a new contract. Like I said previously, though, it's best to contact your provider directly.
Call forwarding is a feature from the phone company. Depending on the phone company it's usually 72# or *72 plus the number you're forwarding to. 73# or *73 cancels it. Check with your phone service provider for the specific codes for your service.
i have this too, it just turns off what ever you are doing and it claims inactive sim, then goes to demo mode. i turn it on and off and on and off multiple time to fix it it may for for 5 days or 5minutes and breaks again.
Your voicemail can be set-up by dialing the voicemail, entering your default password, and going through the options.
Your voicemail number is usually your cellphones number or many phones you hold one until it calls.
The default password is the tricky part, it is set by the your service provider, might be 1111, 1234, last for of your phone number, or something else. You may need to get in touch with your provider to get this.
Keep in mind, that many service providers will cancel a voice-mail when it becomes inactive for too long to save space and to protect your privacy. If this becomes the case, you'll have to contact them to reinstate it.
