Try going to Motorolas website and seeing if you can downoad the software again or updated software (usually wipes all programs/#'s). Chances are you will loose everything on your phone (hopefully you have backed it up). These phones uses flash memory and once its deleted its gone (forever). Let me know how it goes

Messages deleted when phone is turned off

You must have cleared photos and videos. however, many people do not realize that an accidental audio recording can use up all the disc space. So check for extra large audio files.

yes, everything will be deleted, so what you wanna do is either write down all your contacts on a piece of paper, or you can sync your contacts to the computer with active sync... then all you have to do it plug you phone back into the computer once you've done a master reset in order to retrieve your contacts.... i wasn't smart enough to think of that at first though, so i had to go back and manually write in all of them again.  :p good luck.

For security and data

hii, if u had lost your phone, then u might be having an IMEI no in your phone box. Just call up the customer service of your service provider and give your IMEI no. go thru the right authentication and then you may not be getting your phone but you can disable the phone so that no one else could use your lost phone. and coming to the next question, if u deleted the data from your phone through connecting a data cable to your computer, then check out for an extra folder called recycled in your phone,.. by this u can have access to the deleted files.. but if u manually deleted directly from the phone,. then theres noo way u can get back your data,. regards, sheldon
