We have a Bissell Revolution Lift-Off Turbo 3760-1 and the upright brush is not working/rolling. It only moves when pushing the vacuum. We checked the belt and it seems to be fine. The vacuum works fine as a hand-held. Any suggestions? Thanks!

these belts need to be changed every 6 months regardless of the way they look.
