Question about Thermador SC302T Electric Double Oven
Dim display is TOTALLY independent of F7 error.
The display will dim as the display board capacitors wear out - due to the heat. Replace the capacitors on the display board (see my other posts) and your be able to see the F7 error code as bright as can be!

You have a shorted function key. It is constantly making contact after it is released. Sometimes it would release itself and work OK.You will have to replace the electronic control (ERC) clock.
