How do I reset my pass word for retrieving my voice mail

To retrieve voice mail you don't need the manual. Call user's attention of you cell phone sevice provider and ask them what it the numeber you should call to get voice mail but you should remember the password. If yo don't know the password, there is no way to get your voice mail

some phones have virtual voice mail...which means you must syc it with the service voice mail ... if voice mail is pass word protected ...you must program the voice mail password and information into the virtual voice mail or it will not retrieve messages or give you notification of incoming voice mail.. The directions they give you for this is really asinine and hard to understand. Call your service provider they will be able to help you.

your google voice password should be the same like all google products. in case you are using a different password for this specific product, you should follow the retrieve password wizzard. this should send instructions to your designated e-mail address on how to reset your password. in case you lost your google password, you should have means to retrieve that one by phone sms, or another back-up e-mail, security questions, etc.

If that voice mail is associated with a TVA voice mail system, your system owner can reset your password from mailbox 999. If it's from an (E)SVM, you have no password, but a walking COS password and that's a whole other thing.

call your phone # when you here your greeting cant remember if you hit the #or the * but one of those will have your voice mail pass word then you con get your voice mail

If you have voice mail on a land line as opposed to your cellular phone, you shouldn't have an icon on your cellular phone to retrieve any but the voice mail on your cellular account. If there is a special phone number that you call to retrieve your land line voice mail, then dial it, and enter whatever codes are required to retrieve your land line voice mail.

I cannot understand what recent calls or voice mail has got to do with favorites.

If the voice mail is not working, then the voice mail settings may be wrong.

If the call list is not working, then do a reset to factory default from phone settings menu.

What worked for me was to call my phone from another phone and leave myself a voicemail. I then went in and retrieved and deleted that voicemail. Once I hung up from my voicemail service my handsets reset about 10 seconds later.

I would say you have a default passcode enabled
If you cannot get info on what that is you will probably need voice mail reset
