Xender app i have a micromax bolt a37 and i have installed xender apk. but my xender is running very slow could not transfer & recerive anything. so please please answer my question

Try cleaning your apps in running in background in apps manager or download clean master frOm play store.. after installing it there is a shortcut created on homscreen . Try clicking it when you feel phone is running slow or its getting hang sometimes.

Adobe PDF format would be my logical choice.
