Remove the battery and wait for a minut. Now put the battery back in and try charging until its full.

This is because the belt may be worn out or may not be tighten properly. The belt may be lose so that the AC stole all the power from the car. There is a little chance that the compressor may be in problem. If you don't have any idea about the compressor make it off.If you found familiar just adjust it to tighten the belt.
The power steering may fail due to the following reasons:

Battey low very fast

Losts of things such as apps, wifi, bluetooth, etc. will drain a battery fast. Turn these off to see if that fixes the problem.

If you are referring to a battery that charges but loses substantial charge fast then more than likely the battery needs to be replaced as it is going bad.

My phone batterie goes down fast

Ifthe phone battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be wornout. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cyclesand will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up atall. ORThe battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected thebattery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. Ifthe battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to bereplaced.

3 month old new phone. samsung tocco lite. battery problem

1) faulty battery - you'd need to get a replacement from the manufacturer (should be free if still under warranty)
2) when you initially charged the battery after purchasing, if you used it at all before it was completely charged it won't hold a charge.
3) if you live or travel in mountain area, phones lose battery power quicker due to an increase in elevation and distance from nearest tower.
4) if phone has been exposed to moisture or direct sunlight for an extended amount of time, it can damage the phone's ability to hold a charge.

honestly, your best bet is to replace the battery & allow it to charge for 24 hours in "off mode". if the problem persists, then send it in to be repaired.

Phone will not power on without being plugged in...confirmed that batter is good. How can I get this thing to work?

it could be that something is affecting the phone`s battery to lose power so fast.

But one thing it could be is the charging unit, if you eliminate that as well, at your dealers

then i`d asked for it to be replaced.

Hope I helped.

My canon EOS 450D battery loses power within 5mins

If it's an original battery, call Canon, if you've only charged it once, I expect the camera is still under warranty. I've had lots of dealings with Canon Photography, the usually give extremely good customer service.

If it's a cheap one you bought of ebay - that's why!
