On the motherboard, looking at it from the front there should be 2 10 pin white usb headers to the left of the cmos battery labeled jusb2 and jusb3. There is a pin missing from each as well as a plugged hole on your connector coming from your front usb. Just line the missing pin up with the plugged hole on your connector. Hope this helps, have a great day.

The only way to to fix this if your headers on your wires aren't labeled is to trace them back from the switch it self. Usually they are white and red. The orientation on the motherboard pins doesn't matter since it's only a switch. Make sure you are putting the plug onto the power switch jumpers, and not the power led, reset, etc..

Go here,
http://www.msi.com/index.php?func=downloadindex
and select your board type ie Intel, socket 478, SIS, SIS645/650, MS-6533. This should link you to a page where you can select the right variant of your board. Click on the grey "Manual" button, and then download the executable file at the bottom called E6533v1.0.exe to wherever you wish to save it on your computer. This will extract a PDF file containing the MS-6533 manual version 1.0.
