If you examine the body of the camera there is a tiny reset - which is recessed into the body. To access it you need somthing such as a bent out paper clip wire.

As a follow up to this - I have double checked the Sony info and for your particular model it appears a hard reset is achieved by removing the batteries for one minute. Sony give conflicting accounts of this elsewhere in their troubleshooting info for this model hence my initial response regarding a recessed hard reset.
It appears the correct procedure is battery removal for one minute. Hope this clarifies the issue. Many Thanks.

My Camera was showing me E63:03 error, and it was not focussing properly, the final image was not clear. The error is now corrected by lens alignment, still I get unclear pictures How can I fix it ?
