Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Hi there, depending on what operating system (OS) you have on you PC, it should automatically detect your media player and install the necessary built in driver (if it does support your media player) for you to read and write songs. If you PC can't read/write to you MP3 then this means it does not recognize you media player. You media player might came with a CD that contains the necessary driver when you bought it, just insert it to yor PC and install the driver then after that you can now download songs. If you don't have a driver, then please let us know the model/brand of you media player then OS of you PC so we can help get/find a driver.
