Why doesn't it turn on?

I would strongly suggest you get a diagnostic test carried out to verify this fault, althoug it sounds like a main engine relay or ecu problem.
I am sure there are mobile technicians in your area who can pop round and test this fault for you.

try turning up the torque, if you hear clicking the torque clutch is kicking in, if not the problem then you can try charging the battery. if neither help you got a broken drill i have the p211 model and mine works great, has for years. if your drill is broke and new the store should replace for free, most stores will replace no matter how old it is with no receipt, just don't tell them if you bought it a while back because as long as they still carry it they will replace unless you said its been a while since you bought it.

for how long, 1 day, 1 year , 1 decade? is it a daily driver
or a barn stored, winter car.?

the real question,is there 12v exiting the fuse, the acid test. that.
any volt meter does that in 5min flat.
3rd brake light is bad bulb or corroded socket.
what tranny< 3,4,5,sp.? but in each case it takes a good rev.
switch, if 12v enters said switch and does not exit, its bad.
0v bad,6v rev. path shorted to ground,12v good.
btw, all clamps can short, try 1 new one. in each path all by lonesome. dig?
bulbs good means what.
1: look good.
2: glow when placed on a 12v battery
3:measure 0 ohms with meter (means good or shorted.
4: or they are new and assumed good, (p/n ? what is the p/n?)

head lamps good.? parking lamps, blinker, are all other lamps working. does car start?

CHECK POWER AT THE PUMP, MOTOR BUZZES ? YES CHECK TO SEE IF ROTOR TURNS, YES CLEAN START SWITCH, HAVE CAPACITORS CHECKED , NO ROTOR DOESN'T TURN MOTOR WILL NEED TO BE SERVICED. ROTOR MAY HAVE RUSTED TO STATOR OR LOCKED UP BEARING .. JAY THE POOL PUMP MOTOR REPAIR GUY IN LONGWOOD FL

What make , model , year vehicle ? Maybe fob needs to be replaced or the receiver part . Could have DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes stored in the BCM - body control module .

Your only redress is to return it in person to the store from which you bought it and explain the situation to the clerk there.

Are you fully charged though? If you don't have a full charge the clutch will not kick in.

the battery is not holding charge anylonger.need to buy new one (aprox $9 on ebay) or try to have it rplaced atthe store you bought the camera from (it should last more than 1 year for sure)
