Question about Car Audio & Video
I have a new fault developed with my 2002 Nissan Terrano. The Speedo has now developed a fault and doesn't work, the needle now points directly down as if it's gone over the maximum limit and is just hanging there!
Strangely enough the rev counter that used to point down and didn't work, has now decided to move to the under side of the restrictor pin. The digital clock, milage and trip counter went off for a moment and after a re-start worked fine again. Could this need a new/replacement dashboard fitting or could it be a short circuit when starting?
Any help you can offer would be much appreciated. Thanks in Advance.
You need to replace the speedo head assembly nissian has had major problems with them, cost $220.00 new.
