If you don’t
know the pass word on the phone try resetting it, but before that just to
inform you everything will be deleted on the phone. If you’re ready to perform
this try to reset it by removing the sim card then place it back on, enter *2767*3855#
then send. Hope this will help, if not you need to have the phone reflashed.
