McAfee debited my account unlawfully. I want the money back

go back to the store with you receipts and bank statement and speak with the manager and explain what has happened
ask for a refund of your cash as most shops will refund back into the visa account

you have to take the matter up with the company taking money from your account directly

You can use PayPal as a way to receive money without a credit card or debit card. Although if you have a bank account you want the money transferred to, you will need to have some way to transfer the funds through paypal using your account.
If you want to send money, you need your bank account/debit card/credit card linked to paypal.
