If you mean passcode for the phone, it's under settings for Touch ID and Passcode. If you mean SIM PIN, that's under Phone settings. I have not set a sim pin for a while now so I'm not sure it's the same but I think needed the PUK or PUC an 8 digit code that came with my SIM. I know if you use the wrong sim pin a certain number of times, 3 maybe, then the SIM is locked and you need to use the PUK to unlock it.
You'll need to give Telstra a call on 1800 474 663 and make sure you have these details with you: 1. Your phone number2. Your phone IMEI number (You can get this by opening Settings->General->About)3. Your Serial number (You can get this by opening Settings->General->About) You will be asked to wait for Telstra unlock process and then you'll need to restore your iPhone by connecting to iTunes.
This will clear you messages, even you saved ones. go Messaging>OPTIONS on inbox (the left key)>Settings (scroll down)>Other (scroll down)> Memory in use> then choose the option that isnt being used, either the memory card, or the phone memory.
