Usually, paper jams can occur at the input location right at the bottom of the printer - always remember that even a tiny piece of paper can cause halt in printing, hence, the error message.
Here's what I'm suggesting for you to do :
Start with pulling out the tray from the printer and look for ANY crumpled/pieces/fragments of paper that could be tucked in.
At the bottom of the printer is the feed area - do the same thing and remove any pieces of paper.
Ensure that it's absolutely "paper fragment free" before returning the tray back at the printer.
Next, is to open the top cover and carefully remove the drum.
Remove any pieces or fragments of paper that you find.
Carefully slide back the drum, ensure that everything snaps into place.
change the scanner because this massage show when our scanner stop moving or break or jam candition in many case scanner cable create problem those are connected the printer logic card
Check the "Feed Switch" button on the control panel (below the ON/OFF button) to be sure the green light at the back of the picture is lit. If not, try pushing the button and then printing again. It worked for me and it was so simple!
The problem is with the paper tray not the toner, believe it or not. Take all of the paper out of the tray and then reinsert the paper into the tray. It should then work fine.
