Hi,
Looks as if the microswitch in the Menu button on your monitor is faulty and it needs to be replaced. Refer the problem to a service technician.

Hope this solves your problem. Thanks.

The sceen say`s osd lock out and also the menu screen for the monitor is stuck on . The menu+- and auto set buttons wont respond

Try unplugging it for 1-2 minutes & try again. If not & it's a crt monitor not lcd then toss it & buy a new monitor. If it's an lcd, check the maker's website for additional info.
