Sounds like what you have is called bird nesting or thread nesting where the upper thread is creating loops and globs of thread under the fabric. Usually, it is caused by incorrect threading or the thread not being seated properly in the tension disk.

Make sure there is no accumulation of lint, dust, or broken thread under the feed dogs, needle plate, or bobbin area
Install a brand new needle.
Remove the upper thread completely. Always RAISE the presser foot and then thread from the beginning (confirm with the owner's manual that you are following the correct thread pathway).
Set the upper tension around the midway point between high & low numbers.

Retest.

FYI--thread problems appearing below the fabric are usually upper thread related. Problems above the fabric are usually bobbin related.

Model number 4562. The bobbin thread bunches up. How do i fix?

Check your stitch sample. Is it the bobbin thread that is making a thread mess, or is it the top thread throwing thread globs under the fabric? Usually, if there is a thread problem under the fabric, it is a top thread issue.

Try this:
Remove the top thread completely from the machine.
Install a brand new needle
ALWAYS RAISE the presser foot and rethread from the beginning. Verify the thread path is correct.
Retest your machine and tweak the tension, as needed. If top thread is showing under the fabric, tighten the top tension. If the bobbin thread is showing on the top of the fabric, loosen the top tension. Tension is correct when the two threads meet in the middle of the fabric.

The tension on my machine is off.I don't know which thread to adjust.bobbin or top thread. on fabric top stitch seems ok,bottom stitch bunches up and is loose. How do I readjust the tensions?

If the thread problem appears under the fabric, it is a top thread issue.

If the thread problem appears on the top of the fabric, the bobbin thread is the issue.

Perhaps the upper thread is not seated completely in the tension disk. Remove the upper thread from the machine, ALWAYS RAISE the presser foot, then rethread from the beginning. Make sure the thread path is correct. Test your stitch.

If the thread is still looping under the fabric, the upper tension is too loose. Set the upper tension to the midway point. Test and adjust the tension until it is where you want it. Preferred tension is when both threads meet in the middle of the fabric.

When sewing after 5 mm the top color cotton is building under the material and stops.I opened it up clean the dust and still the same. can some one give me a hint please . thanks."?"

Correct tension is when the upper and bobbin threads meet in the middle of the fabric. If bobbin thread is showing on the top of the fabric, loosen the upper tension. If upper thread is showing under the fabric, tighten the upper tension.

Make sure the thread, needle, and fabric are compatible.

Thread is braek in between bobbien for cloths

Clean the bobbin and chase. Look for any bits of stuck thread. If that doesn't work, re-thread the top and bobbin. If that doesn't work, take the needle out and re-insert making sure it is the correct way.

I needle comes unthreaded whenever we try to sew. We've both tried numerous times and it doesn't make a sitch. The bobbin seems to be done correctly b/c the bottom thread comes up with no problem....

first let's deal with the needle becoming unthreaded, Keeping the needle threaded is easy, always keep thread tails of 3 to 6 inches on the top thread & bobbin at all times, & make sure the thread tail are pulled behind the needle before you start to sew,, this will ensure that the thread will not come out of the needle when you start to sew.

you mention the fabric is thin,, do you have a needle that's right for the fabric your sewing?
thin fabric needs a different needle than blue jeans fabric, check your top tension & see what the setting is on, usually 3 to 5 is good.

when the needle & thread are right for the fabric then the sewing is good.

also clean under the needle plate & bobbin area for loose threads or lint

also it's a possibility that the machine could be out of time & would need to be serviced by a sewing machine repair shop-as they have the tools for the job

How can you fix the under threading of a sewing

Check the ovious things first make sure you needle isnt broken... then make sure there isnt any thread twisted inside your bobin housing. make sure bobin is inserted correctly if those things dont help it could be an issue of timing in your machine... I work as an embroidery operator in a factory setting and those things usually help..
