1. That's not a Sting Ray, but a limited edition replica 2. It appears that it was last released in 2017, but also in early 2000's and perhaps other times. 3. The demand for the most recent must not have been great, as they are still for sale from Dick's Sporting Goods. 4. Get the serial number and either contact Schwinn or Google "Schwinn serial number" and do your own research. That is what anyone else would have to do.
Nobody will know without doing what you can do yourself:
Google "Goodrich Schwinn serial number", check antique bike forums, etc. Probably mid to late 40's.
Schwinns often have a date code on or next to the head badge that you call a plate. That will tell you the month and year of manufacture. Google Schwinn date code" ( or serial number) for more info, but it is important only for curiosity to know model. For more info see my tip: How to determine the year value etc of your bicycle
It would help if you had at least provided the type of bike (old coaster brake, 3 speed, 10 speed, etc.) The make is Schwinn, the model is written right on the bike frame or chainguard. If the bike is repainted so that the model is not visible it's not worth much. As far as year, just Google "Schwinn serial number" (and note info about date codes) and see my tip for more info: How to determine the year value etc of your bicycle
