There is no sound when I call people unless I put it on speaker. Also, earlier in the week when i slide down my phone the screen would go blank and turn off then the screen would appear back to normal, now its completely black and I cant tell if it is on or off. I've tried charging it, taking the sim card out and the battery out. what can I do?

Re: Screen is completely blank, cant access anything.
Good day sir/ma'am, the problem with your phone sound can be that the driver speaker(earpiece) is defective or it may opened wiring/unsoldered to the driver. also check the volume or mute. 2. the display problem may be caused by intermittent contact problem or the display lcd is lose. you may have to dismantle it and look for these things and fix it. Hate to say it but you may need to bring it to a cellphone technician. Hope this may help. thanks
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Sounds like you need a new LCD Screen(is the screen a little lit up or completely blank) If completely blank than most likely the LCD needs to be replaced if it appears to be slightly lit up than most likely it is a software related issue.
The usual problem with a completely blank screen, even with known working monitors is the graphics card. Relatively easy to put right with a new graphics card unless the graphics is built into the motherboard. This can be checked by looking on the back of the computer. Is the video outlet grouped with the keyboard, mouse etc sockets or separate from these. If it is with these the graphics card is built into the motherboard and would be uneconomic to do anything with unless the board takes a separate card. If you want to try a separate or different graphics card, make sure you get the correct interface, PCI, AGP, PCIe etc etc
were you trying to unlock or jailbreak it ? be that as it may remove the battery for about 10 minutes and then try and turn on the phone again. should work unless the error occured while you were doing either of those two things
It sounds like you have a faulty earpiece. This should be covered under your warranty and you can get it replaced or repaired free of charge. You can also bring it to a repair centre where it can be repaired for a price but will be quicker usually than warranty work. Or you can try it yourself by getting part and attempting to fit yourself tho this is a last option unless you are very confident about disassembly and reassembly of this mobile.
Are you sure your in the right slot with the speaker wire at the back of your PC it is the green imput. Make sure that the speakers are pluged in if there is a plug for them.
Sorry for sounding a bit basic I'm sure you have already checked these but sometimes people forget.
The volume may be turned off on the status bar at the bottom left of you destop. This is a small speaker double click it and check that the volume is not turned off.
there is no drivers ar anything for the actual speakers unless there is a problem with the sound card in your Dell.
Will you just check that all the wiring is correct and I will guide you through the trouble shooting to see is there anything wrong in the drivers if everthing is ok wiring wise.
