When you digitally purchase a game on the XBox 360, you get two licenses that allow you to play that game. One is tied to the Gamertag that was active when you purchased the game and the other is tied to the console you used to purchase the game (or the first console you downloaded the game to, if you purchased the game on the XBox.com website). If you are playing on an XBox 360 console that is different from the one on which you purchased the game and you are not logged in to the Gamertag which was used to purchase it, you will not be able to play the full version of the game -- only the trial.

You don't have to purchase them again. You need to register your new console with Microsoft and let them transfer the licenses onto your new system. This can be done on Microsoft's Xbox Website.

Which unit did you buy? with harddrive? did you get a second controller for yourself or friend?

call the company in which you purchased the warrunty from. 

yes they will, dvd's by the way wont. all games have the same data encryption world wide unlike dvds. u have region 4, 3 5, n so on.
