Question about Palm Treo 755p Smartphone
Why when i try to do something on my treo it reboots
I also have problems with my Palm Treo. I have had to hard reboot it a number of times. I asked the tech at the sprint store to check the phone and he took apart the phone and said it was fine but since it did not work (the audio and speaker phone both don't work) I would need a new phone.
Can you explain why a defective product means that I need to spend more to replace the phone, which might have the same problems? And why is Palm not providing a repair for this issue if it's known to the techs?

I am currently a sprint advanced tech support agent. That reset is normally due to a download to the phone either a game, ringer, email attachmetn that could be corrupt. NOrmally the only way to fix this is a factory reset n which case you will need to call your carrier from a landline to do so. Make sure you have your infor mation synced you will lose ALL data. If the hard reset does not resolve it device replacement is the next step. When you sync back your information make sure you do your applications one at a time to see which one was causing the issue.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
