Logitech cordless mouse problem

I've just installed a cordless keyboard and mouse combo. The keyboard works fine - but the mouse doesn't. I downloaded the latest installation software from Logitech but that doesn't work either - although the mouse did work the first time I installed the software - but after a reboot it stopped working - and hasn't worked since. Any ideas? Merry Xmas. Bobby usb plugged in, batteries in correctly. Mouse is not recognized on reboot.

So my mouse doesn't work, But I am on the internt through the keyboard which is fine. I have lost the manual and instructions, but even with the keyboard restarted it will boot up, unlike the mouse. I have the combo below and would appreciate any help.

Logitech mouse doesn't work, although keyboard does. Batteries are new and I have re-booted and reset the mouse. Help, please.

Exactly the same. Installed Logitech keyboard and mouse on a Dell desktop computer and the keyboard is fine but the mouse simply doesn't work. The batteries are good and so is the USB connection. The solutions suggested in Windows and in the Logitech program do not work. The mouse is neverthless correctly registered in Windows and Windows says it is working properly.

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.
Hope this helps you. Bud

try reinstalling the drivers. initially though, press the connect button on the usb dongle. then press the connect button on the mouse and then on the keyboard. if anything this should let you connect the mouse to let you install the drivers. the drivers will then automatically install.

Logitech cordless mouse and keyboard installation

You probably already done this but try pressing the receiver button and while it is flashing turn the board over and press the small reset/connect button on the bottom of the board and also the reset/connect button on the bottom of the mouse. It should work okay after that. here is hoping that helps. Bud
