Where do we start? We purchased a new battery for our quad. It worked fine but now the electric start won't work. It will kick start and the starter clicks but won't actually start.

The battery is flat, the alternator is not charging the battery.

Thank you! One other question, do you know where the relay and starter fuses are located?

The Starter has no fuse .The user manual should show the fuse lay out as they differ on each model.

2007 Suzuki 250 quad battery is dead doesn't have kick start. Had it on trickle charger for four days still dead. Can I use a jump starter on it if not what are the recommended battery replacement

Hey Michele,, if the original battery lasted this long.. you are lucky,, just replace it. >>> Always use the exact replacement battery<<<<... your quad is designed to take the exact size and amperage rating,, trying to change this is inviting too much trouble,, When you get a new battery,, it will be charged unless you purchase one online that comes with the acid pack,, EITHER WAY - put the battery on the trickle charger for 48 - 72 hours BEFORE you use it.. This will extend the life of the battery a bunch and make it a stronger battery,, ..(this is from too many years of experience.)

90cc quad chinese wont fire. New battery cleaned the carb the 2 jets and the little one that is on the float. Compression is fine and spark is fine. It cranks and cranks but will not start. So its getting...

just for fun, while you're cranking it put your hand over the intake of the carb completely covering it and see if your hand gets wet with gas. this might even start it too.

I have an electric razor quad, how do I know if the batteries are good or bad,I just purchased a new charger to try that.If that does not work any suggestions.

the charger probably has a meter on it, you can check voltages with it. remember that the battery connectors must be tight, but don't break them.

I have an atv that won't start.

Could be your starter, solenoid, or even a fuel pump/clogged lines or filters

I have no ignition on my zongshen 250cc, how do i install one?

you do have an ignition or it wouldnt start and run, even with a push start, maybe you want to install a kick start, or an electric starter, either way, look up the maker of your quad on the internet, and check their different starting options
