Every service provider has different settings for internet access. You must contact the service provider /network that you use. They can send the settings via text and enable you SIM for data access. Be sure to ask about the billing

just call the aircel cust care no and asskk them what is the minimum balanace required in the account or ask the cust care to get your call connected to the tech department and they will help you to manuallly set the settings.any clarification revert back please
Here is what to do : In opera mini check what type of connection is been set . There are to types [HTTP , SOCKET] . Just try to switch between them and you'll solve the problem . For me [SOCKET] is always better , because [HTTP] takes long time to load a page .
If that didn't solve the problem , then in the phone , go to SETTINGS and make sure that all applications are allowed to use your preferred access point as default for Applications .

Please try connecting your phone to a different USB port other than the one which you use normally. If the issue is the same then try connecting it to another PC if you still face the problem then it is a hardware issue.Either your phone or the USB cable is gone bad.So replace the USB cable first with a new one and then try connecting.If the issue is till the same then it is your phone and you will have to get it repaired or get it replaced if it is under warranty.
Do the following steps: 1.Menu->Settings->Configuration->Personal Configuration Settings. 2.Options->Add New("Add New" directly if the folder is empty) 3.Choose "Access Point" 4.Account Name: anything(say Java) 5.Access Point Settings-> 6.Data Bearer: Packet data 7. Bearer Settings: gprsnorth.cellone.in Network type: IPv4 Authentication Type: Normal User name: ppp Password: ppp123 8. Save these settings. 9. Come back to Personal Configuration Settings, 10. You will see a new access point named Java. 11. Options->Activate. 12. Voila! You are done! Now you can browse through the internet on any java application.
