Sounds as if maybe you have a fan motor about to go out if the noise is that bad you should have a tech look at it as soon as possible due to the damage that it could cause overheating. I strongly suggest you have this looked at soon it isn't all that expensive and could save hundreds Hope this helps

Cabin air vents blow loud and weak?

Possibly the fresh air to re-circulation door is either binding or is broken.

My problem is with the inside air handler of a Ruud system. Would watevers blowing the fuse be making the transformer hum real loud? Or is the other way around?

If the low voltage fuse keeps blowing a short circuit exists somwhere in the low voltage wiring. The hummimg could be the transformer loose or possibly the motor.

Our air conditioner starts dripping water inside the unit inside the house.

water dripping is to be expected, dont worry about it. But it sounds like its not tipped to the outside enough. Also check inside under the cover, if leaves and debris get stuck in there it will change the direction of the water flow.

nope, nope, sounds like a stuck contactor in the electrical compartment of the condenser, but there are actually several things that could cause it.

If both fans runs (inside and outside), check if the compresor runs , if does probably the unit is low in freon and needs to be recharged after the freon leak has been fixed (remember this is a seal system and it shouldn't leak), but if the compressor doesn't work , it could be the capacitor , the pressure switch (if it's low on freon ) or the compreessor itself. But befor do anything ,if you have a digital thermostat replce the batteries.

Dissposal does not acvtivate with the wall switch

Do you get a loud hum when it is turned on? If so, then there is very likely something inside the grinder that is jamming rotation. Is there a way to turn the motor from the bottom? If so, try to turn it back and forth while someone watches inside the grinder with a flashlight for any obstruction. If no hum, check the power outlet with a working lamp. No power--check the appropriate breaker in the house electrical panel--push off, then on.

Outside makes loud noise

I would take a very close look at every solder joint there is between the inside unit and the outside. If you observe oil at any point it indicates a leak at that point. That is an expensive price for what you say was done. Check your invoice for the amount of refrigerant they or he added to the system. Compare it with the amount stated on the outside unit nameplate. Check for frost on the suction (big line) by the outside unit. If there is frost your coil is frozen up. If this is the case turn the fan on and the cooling off. Allow it to run in this manor for about an hour to defrost the A coil. Then return to the cooling mode.

Fan not blowing

Even when the power is off at the unit outside the thermostat will supply power to the contactor of the outside unit. This may give a hum or buzz as you stated. If when the power is on to the outside unit the fan tries to start but only hums the motor may be bad. Does the compressor start and run?
